Throughout the early 2000’s, Munier Damon, the CEO and founder of Damon At Sons Construction (Pty) Ltd built A grade warehouses for the Chiluan Property Group. In 2015 he founded his own company and with the ongoing support of the
Equites’ Enterprise Development Programme. The company has since grown and built a solid construction reputation in the Cape Town property market.
This partnership gives credence to the company’s ethos that quality workmanship gains trust.

We organise and manage the entire project from start to finish. We view ourselves to be expert industrial contractors and know we can offer you a quality product at a competitive price.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We are involved in the planning, management and execution of the project from the planning stage right through to the final project handover. We make sure that costs and programme are properly managed.
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT
We provide a single point of contact for the project from concept design to completion – this allows for a cohesive delivery partnership based on open communication with all participants on the project.
